Hello and welcome! I’m an LPC Associate supervised by Jennifer Madere, MA, LPC-S. I obtained my Masters in Counseling through Divine Mercy University. Thank you for taking the time to consider if I might be of help to you or someone you love.
I see each person as a beautiful and unrepeatable work of art. I also believe everyone is made for an abundant life beyond the heartache and pain we so often experience living in a fallen world. It would be my privilege to accompany you and be a faithful guide on your way to flourishing and joy. I also often use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to help people find inner peace and freedom from painful life experiences.
Being the unique person you are, I consider you the expert on your own life. Therefore, you might think of our work together as a team effort! I welcome your feedback and see your contributions as intrinsic and important.
I provide counseling services for adult individuals (18 years and older) and enjoy helping others work through issues related to:
Depression
Anxiety
Trauma
Relationship issues
Life changes
Self-development
Grief and loss
God-Image
Please feel free to reach out with any questions you have. I’m happy to help you discern if I’m the right fit!

I see mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional health as interconnected. While my approach varies depending on the person, I consistently work from the lens of the AIP model and often use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. EMDR therapy is an effective tool in helping individuals find peace and freedom from inner wounds that formed out of painful events and situations. Besides the AIP model, my work is also supported by the modalities below. Informed by theories which address and treat the root of the difficulty, this holistic approach helps people achieve lasting healing and growth rather than simply managing the different ways symptoms manifest throughout life.
- Attachment-based therapy
-Bowen Family Systems thinking, which sees individuals in the context of others, including families throughout generations
-Psychodynamic thinking, which considers the impact of wounds developed during childhood
-IFS (Internal Family Systems) theory, which honors the ways we have learned to self-protect with the goal of helping wounded parts of ourselves release burdens and heal
-Cognitive behavioral approaches that help bring awareness to thought processes, beliefs about self and others, and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you.
